About HEX Boxing Club

HEX Boxing Club is a sanctuary for disciplined training, community, and connection to Earth. We are a private membership association for women, created to protect the integrity of the practice and foster a safe, supportive community.

Boxing here is taught as a complete martial art. Every member begins with structured programs that emphasize stance, footwork, precision, and progression. Technique is central to building awareness, safety, and strength. We teach pro‑level skills with respect, whether members choose to fight or simply train.

Beyond boxing, the club offers herbalism courses and holistic living workshops for athletes of all levels. These programs connect training to plant wisdom, recovery practices, and ecological awareness, supporting members in cultivating strength that is rooted in Earth and sustained through community.

Membership is intentional and invitation only. Growth happens through relationship, not transactions. Members are welcomed because they embody the spirit of HEX Boxing and contribute to a respectful, caring atmosphere. Together we cultivate resilience and reclaim boxing as a practice of solidarity, ecology, and innate power.

Why we are called HEX

The name HEX carries history. Once used to stigmatize women’s knowledge of plants, healing, and ritual, the word is reclaimed here as a force of nature.

Our symbol, the hexagon, is nature’s most enduring shape. It appears in honeycombs built by bees whose collective labor embodies organized feminine power, in the cooling columns of volcanic basalt, and in the cellular structures of plants. Nature returns to this geometry because it is strong, efficient, and balanced.

At HEX, the hexagon reminds us that our well‑being as athletes is inseparable from the health of the Earth. Training is more than sport. It is ritual, rewilding, and solidarity, cultivating women’s power through movement, herbal wisdom, and connection to place.
